Metro North Health Service Wound Management and Stomal Therapy NP Service
Located at Chermside Community Health Centre, 490 Hamilton Rd, Chermside, this is a free community-based clinic to support individuals who are living with complex or chronic wounds, skin integrity concerns or person with a stoma requiring support for skin complaints, person with a stoma requiring general stoma review or review of appliances for the Stoma Appliance Scheme.
Ostomates living within the Metro North Hospital and Health Service catchment are eligible to access this service via a General Practitioner (GP) referral to:
