As a result of the worsening COVID19 health crisis, Queensland Stoma Association Ltd have implemented the following temporary parcel collection arrangements until further notice. 

  1. Upon arrival at the association, please ring the doorbell to the left of the door

  2. A member of our team will respond to you

  3. Please provide your name

  4. Our team member will check to ensure that your parcel is ready for collection and retrieve the parcel

  5. Your parcel will be placed on the shelf in the left hand side of our dock area (garage)

  6. The team member will provide you with confirmation that your parcel is available

  7. Please collect the parcel and sign the collection book hanging on the shelf.
