Manager, Kylie McGrory
Association Manager Kylie McGrory began working with the Queensland Stoma Association as a volunteer in 1999. She took on the role of Association Administrator in 2001 and is an experienced Office Manager with formal qualifications in Small Business Management and financial book keeping. Kylie is responsible for the administrative functions of the association and for overseeing the general operation of the association.
New Member Liaison Officer, Rebecca Stephan
Rebecca Stephan joined the QSA team in 2014 and is an experienced small business operator.
Rebecca is responsible for registering new applicants to the Stoma Appliance Scheme and for liaising with new members. Rebecca also handles the receipting and bank deposit reconciliation functions of the association
Michelle Martens, Administration Officer
Michelle joined the QSA team in 2014. Michelle responds to queries and assists Stomal Therapy Nurses including processing applications for additional supply and urgent STN orders. Michelle also has primary responsibility for validating orders placed through our members online ordering portal.
Operations Team, Jane Geutjes and Tim Walker
Jane joined our team in 2017 and Tim in 2020. Working as a job sharing team, Jane and Tims responsibilities include determining our stock needs, receiving and reconciling goods inwards, coordinating the timely packaging of members parcels, ensuring that our outgoing parcels are handled in an efficient manner, and other administrative duties as required.
